Product Usage:
Remove from the refrigerator about an hour before you intend to serve it, so the cheese will be at room temperature which will allow for the best flavor and texture.
Product Storage:
Product should be stored in stable conditions between 36-40 degF. Wrap any unfinished Green Hill in fresh plastic wrap to prevent the cheese from drying out, and refrigerate, ideally consuming any remaining Green Hill within 7 days.
